When we Stop

Video installation  4 x 10 min | 16mm

When we stop is an installation that fluctuates between photography and film. By tracing shadows on rocks, Pam tries to grasp and freeze an uncontrollable fact. To hold on to something or someone that is no longer there. The emphasis is on objects and subjects that are often overlooked. She holds still, looks patiently and gently changes the setting she is working in. Through her work, she translates these observations to the viewer.
